Planning your arrival

Since we can't allow to many cars on the field during buildup, we build a tool to help visitors to distribute their arrival over time.
Please participate by setting the 'Buildup-Timeslot' and 'Buildup-Vehicle' value on your User-Page. But be aware that those timeslots have no binding value! They just exist to help planning/distributing the arrival of visitors. The Security/Entrance Team will hand out tokens that allow you to enter the field on a first-come-first-serve basis.

When to arrive

• after 3rd of August 12:00
• for medium or bigger villages buildup starts on 2nd of August 12:00
• If you want to help during camp buildup, you can arrive as early as the 29th of June. Please register in the angel system in advance.

When not to arrive

• During the night - for safety reasons (and we want to sleep as well).

Buildup users over time

This graph shows the number of people that want to enter the field for buildup for each 30min timeslot. This should help you find a less used timeslot for you to arrive.
