To create a new village-cluster, just enter the name of the cluster below. This will show you a form requesting some basic information about the cluster like a short description. Below you find a free text field, where you can put the whole detailed description.
You can also insert the name of an existing cluster to edit it, but it might be easier to head over the cluster page and click "Edit with form".
