We will fallow our previous set ups mostly so again experimental kitchen, two workshop venues, dish washing station, presentation desk and resting area. Reading the info in this section should get you the idea of what can be done in the means of our support and what would be the right place for it within our village.

Experimental Kitchen

The experimental kitchen serves as the main food&drink preparing place. Since 7:00 till 20:00 it is being used under the shift system to provide food for fhb village and tasters for the presentation area. If you want to do anything within the time mentioned above please talk to the shift coordinator because we need to coordinate, for more info please check the Food&Drink section. Of course you can also just pop in but we can not guarantee if the space for your project will be available.

FHB will provide quite a selection of ingredients for the kitchen, so we recommend you to rather chip before or during the event and use what is in, however if you have something special to share that is a different story, please do bring it! NOTE - if it is something what needs a special care please do clearly label it! Some of us were passing through five different countries after last event with box of magic mushrooms without having a slightest idea ...

The kitchen will be at semiprofessional level so high working tables, shelving systems with ingredients and tools, stoves, oven, fridges, washing facilities etc.

After 20:00 or so our kitchen will be much more open to the public for food preparation or whatever else.

Workshop Venue I.

Workshop Venue I. is the smaller one dedicated especially to hands on workshops, 10-15 people lets say. It will be positioned and equipped so it ca be used quite intensively and independently on other parts of fhb, most likely next to experimental kitchen.

Workshop Venue II.

Workshop Venue II. is for bigger events like demonstrations and tasting events - fhb cheese rendezvous et cetera. We will try to position it in a such way that people have space, can talk more loudly, it will be not as well equipped as the Workshop Venue I. and not so independent.

Washing Area

We will set up again washing area aiming for fresh water supply and proper drainage, hot water may be to much to ask but we will see. Please try to volunteer here whenever you feel like, thanks!

Presentation Bench

We need to set up again a "front face" for fhb, a spot where people naturally come first, talk to us, taste your creations, support etc. Please do try to volunteer on this spot at least a bit because it is very important for promotion and also for our budget.

Experimental Bench

Hopefully we will have small independent experimental cooking/brewing spot so people can play aside during the day without having to compromise with the main experimental kitchen. Think about one 2 m table with some shelves one to three stoves, some ingredients, tools et cetera. We will see how we manage.

Resting area

This is primarily for people doing stuff at fhb who needs to take rest from both work and all the crowds around.
