Confirming accounts

Bureaucrats can approve/confirm account request on the page: Special:ConfirmAccounts/authors

IMPORTANT: if you put someone on *hold*, they'll get your message but it will come from a noreply address. Thus, please mention something like this:

"We had a lot of spammers trying to create accounts. Unfortunately, your application didn't come with a description that could convey to us you're a legitimate visitor/user. Please mail infodesk@sha2017.org with, for instance: the village you'll join, your DECT number or your local hackerspace. Be sure to mention the username you requested. Sorry for the inconvenience, we don't like having to approve accounts either."
