Here you will find general important equipment which we have like number of gas/electric stoves, fridge space etc. Also we will list special or unique equipment which you may like to use like. All in all we have fully equipped kitchen at the event, so much for general description.
Important equipment
- semi-professional four head gas stove with electric oven (80 cm wide) - situated in experimental kitchen
- three 7-8 kW field gas stoves (at least one with self extinguishing system)
- experimental incubator - at least one prototype
- 2x 70 l pots
- 2x 35 l pots
- 1-2x electric grilling plates
