| + | |Village buildup notes=Some of us (at least project coordinator) needs to arrive and start our build up well ahead of day 0. Generally we try to have everything ready, standing and tested latest by Day 0. Running the experimental kitchen/s and workshop venues with all the dish washing areas, dining spot etc. is quite complex and it takes time to get it all running properly (well as properly as possible). Also people need time to get used to the set up so we are efficient. Tear down will take at least one extra day from the beginning, 9/8/2017. We expect to be done on 9/8 afternoon or evening, packed and ready to leave the field. It would be good if we could have dead line during 10/8 as back up if something go wrong. | ||

| + | PS As at OHM2013 and CCC2015 camp we are more than happy to provide and help to feed the volunteers and people who are on the campground prior to the event. It helps us actually to test and get used to the set up ahead of the "main battle" and provides value to the others. | ||
